Experience and expertise
Remco Klöters is a specialized attorney in copyright, trademark law, design law and media law, with more than 20 years of experience.
He litigates extensively in copyright and trademark cases, both before civil courts and before the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property and the EUIPO. He also has a wealth of experience in media law, with an almost unrivalled track record in proceedings concerning freedom of expression and unlawful press publications. In addition to his litigation practice, Remco advises on privacy infringements, (online) copyright, trademark portfolios and international enforcement of trademark and design rights. Remco also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting contracts.
Remco’s clients include large multinationals, innovative scale-ups as well as local gems. He advises broadcasters and (online) media companies, sports brands, luxury brands, retail companies and prominent individuals. Remco has a strong international network which enables him to offer enormous added value in international cases.
