Legal practice areas

The advocates listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:

1. 1. Kim van Haastrecht is registered for Economic planning law (Competition law);
   2. Wanda van Kerkvoorden is registered for General practice (Civil law);
   3. Remco Klöters is registered for Intellectual property law.
   4. Douwe Linders is registered for Civil Procedural law (Litigation);
   5. Yentl van den Winkel is registered for Information law (IT law);
   6. Micha Schimmel is registered for Information law (IT law) and Privacy.

Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
