Lora Mourcous is a creative, energetic and passionate privacy lawyer with a commercial attitude. She is bold, solution-oriented and with her persuasiveness and perseverance she is able to achieve her clients’ goals.
Lora advises a wide range of organisations on the development and control of their privacy systems, with a focus on healthcare, artificial intelligence and machine learning. In addition, she is Data Protection Officer (DPO) for various clients and provides close support with regard to privacy compliance.
During her master’s degree in Information Law at the Institute for Information Law (IViR) and the University of Amsterdam (UvA), Lora was a member of Clinic Law Incubator (www.clinic.nl), in which she is still involved. She is also an active contributor to Stichting Justitia and regularly publishes and speaks about privacy and IT related topics.
